The Nigeria Association of Women Journalists (NAWOJ) has elected new officials to steer the affairs of the association for the next three years.

The keenly contested election which held through Saturday, 14 November to Sunday, 15 November, 2020 at the 10th Triennial National Delegates Conference of the association, held at Justice Idris Legbo Kutigi International Conference Centre, Minna, Niger State saw the emergence of Ladi Bala as National President; Liliana Okonkwo-Oganu, National Deputy President; and Helen Udofa, National Secretary.

Others are: Fatima Rashid as National Treasurer, Dorothy Abellegah of The Voice Newspaper as Auditor, Leah Thomas as Zonal Secretary and returned unopposed as Zonal Vice President is Jemila Abubakar.
