Niger State, Governor Umaru Mohammed Bago, has advised the newly sworn-in council chairman of Lapai Local Government Area, Mohammed Musa Kirikpo not to impose his vice chairman on the council but be liberal.
The Governor, who gave the advice through his Deputy, Comrade Yakubu Garba during the swearing-in of the chairman also urged him to also key into the vision and mission of his administration, adding that he should desist from power toxication.
The Chief Judge of Niger State represented by Justice Hasfat Abdullahi Bawa administered the oath of office and allegiance on the council chairman
