Gov Ortom rescues accident victims

Governor Samuel Ortom Wednesday on his way from Makurdi to Abuja on official duty, rescued some accident victims at Kudugba, Nasarawa Eggon Local Government Area of Nasarawa State.
The victims were onboard a Sharon Volkswagen bus which skidded off the road into the bush after the car’s front tyres burst.
No life was lost, however, most of the victims sustained various degree of injuries.
Governor Ortom who stopped at the scene of the accident, hired a vehicle to take the victims to hospital for treatment even as he provided money to each victim for treatment.
Meanwhile, Senator Representing Zone A Senatorial District, Dr Gabriel Suswam who was on his way from Abuja to Makurdi joined Governor Ortom at the accident scene to aid the victims.
