I’ll restore Taraba’s lost glory – Bwacha

The governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), in Taraba State, Senator Emmanuel Bwacha has promised to restore good governance if elected into power in 2023.

He also said his mandate is also to ensure that peace and unity among citizens of the state is reinstated after years of division.

He spoke Tuesday, in Jalingo, the state capital while briefing newsmen after an engagement with stakeholders of the party.

Bwacha said the state has been in wilderness under the present administration which he said has made citizens of the state loose confidence in governance.

He noted that the negative trend would be corrected and the state would be repositioned on the right track when he assumes office in 2023.

He said his visit to the state was primarily to chart a new course with key players of the party before the commencement of campaign in few weeks time.

The meeting which he described as fruitful, according to him has set the ball rolling for victory of the APC in Taraba state.

He said his campaign would be devoid of thuggery and enjoined his opponents to also tow the path of peace for the good of the state.
