Niger Speaker tasks stakeholders on positive change

The Speaker of the Niger State House of Assembly, AbdulMalik Mohammed Sarkin Daji, has called for collective efforts among stakeholders in order to bring about the desired change in the state.

The speaker made the call when he received the immediate past Deputy Governor of the state, Alhaji Ahmed Mohammed Ketso on monday in his office at the Assembly Complex.

Hon. Sarkin Daji said that the 10th Assembly would operate an open door policy in order to achieve a New Niger which is the priority of the present administration.

Speaking earlier, the immediate past Deputy Governor of Niger State, Ahmed Mohammed Ketso, commended the existing mutual relationship between members of the 10th assembly and the executive arm.

Ketso stressed on the need for Nigerlites to support and pray for the present administration to succeed as it  was determined to move the state forward.

“It is our earnest prayer for the present administration to be better than the previous one as it the dream of every father for his son to do better than him,” he said.

He, however, called for more strenthening of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) to enable it deliver on its promises.
