The Member representing Ado/Ogbadibo/Okpokwu Federal Constituency, Dr Francis Ottah Agbo, wishes Governor Samuel Ortom of Benue State quick recovery from COVID-19.
Governor Ortom was confirmed to have tested positive for COVID-19 but has since commenced treatment as prescribed by doctors.
Dr Ottah Agbo, in a statement by his Media Adviser, Mr Andrew Agbese, prays God Almighty to quicken the governor’s healing to keep providing leadership to the people of Benue.
The lawmaker who is the Chairman of the House of Representatives Committee on Narcotic Drugs, called on the people of his constituency to join him in praying for the speedy recuperation of the governor.
“Let us commit our Governor, the Defender of the Benue Valley to God so he’ll quickly recover and return to his duty post to continue with his service to our dear state,” he stated.
Dr Agbo expressed confidence that God would answer “our prayer as healing is Ortom’s bread.”
He also also advised the people to adhere strictly to COVID-19 protocols to prevent further spread of the disease.
