The All Progressives Congress (APC) has urged the Police and other relevant security agencies to fish out the killers of the Party’s Nasarawa State Chairman, Mr Philip Shekwo who was abducted Saturday and subsequently killed.
A statement issued Sunday by the Deputy National Publicity Secretary of the party, Mr Yekini Nabena, described the incident as disheartening and indeed sad for the APC family and entire citizens of the state.
The statement called for a thorough investigation by the police and other relevant security agencies in order to quickly fish out the sponsors and perpetrators of the evil, heinous and barbaric crime, as well as make them face the full weight of the law.
It condoles with the family of the late APC Chairman, government of Nasarawa State, the State Working Committee and supporters of the party over the shocking development.
